OUR CLASSES

We offer a variety of classes that are challenging but in no way intimidating. Noosa Flow welcomes everyone.

Our experienced and knowledgeable instructors deliver high quality training programs suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. We keep our class sizes small so that our attention is always on you. We have a strong focus on correct alignment and form so that you always get the most out of your workout. Sessions will leave you refreshed and energised, relaxed and balanced.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Whether your aim is rehabilitation or optimisation, working one-on-one with one of our expert teachers is sure to bring you closer to your higher potential. Ideal for individuals nursing an injury, athletes, expectant mothers, and those simply wishing to perfect their alignment, our undivided attention accommodates the gamut of human expression. 

With a focus on giving you exactly what you need, you’ll find that you progress further, learn techniques faster, and walk away with a better understanding of your own unique physiology.

TRIO SESSIONS

Enjoy the intimacy of a smaller class and individualised support from one of our experienced instructors. Whether you’d like to work out with people of your choosing, prefer the privacy, or are nursing an injury that requires skilled attention, our Semi-Privates are a great way to make use of the full suite of Pilates equipment on your own terms. 

Bespoke classes tailored to your specific needs, these sessions make use of Pilates mat work, the Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer as well as many other Pilates and functional movement based accessories.

Sessions are booked weekly and are a mutual commitment between the clients and instructor. Select from Duo (two clients + one instructor) or Trio (three clients + one instructor) options.

EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

Our Exercise Physiology sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to optimise your fitness. Each session is personalised, combining assessment, targeted exercises, and functional movement to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Our accredited Exercise Physiologists are experts in the human body and the benefits of movement, and they can incorporate Pilates, functional training and other corrective exercises to help you move better, recover faster, and feel stronger.

PHYSIOTHERAPY PILATES

Our newest offering combines the expertise of a qualified physiotherapist with the strength and flow of Pilates. These personalised sessions are perfect when you want focused time with a physiotherapist to work through your concerns without feeling rushed, focusing on Pilates.

Tailored to your needs, these sessions help rehabilitate injuries, improve mobility, and restore functional movement while building strength and stability. With expert guidance, you’ll enhance posture, prevent future injury, and feel supported every step of the way.
